Your Business Representative is the person skilled in the art of contract negotiations. Local Lodge 282 is made up of many contracts. Some find it difficult to keep up with the consistently changing status of their organization. Contract negotiations, new Stewards, new standards of procedure, contractual addendum, updates to the membership... and so on.
